Wednesday 29th November 2023 — The Old Scotch Athletic Club is thrilled to announce a strategic partnership with Richmond Rehab, a renowned Physiotherapy & Massage business, aimed at enhancing the well-being and performance of our valued members.

Under this exciting collaboration, Richmond Rehab is generously extending several benefits to the members of the Old Scotch Athletic Club:

Nathan Rogerson, a local remedial massage therapist at Richmond Rehab, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership: ” I have a keen interest in running and running related injuries. I’ve been steadily increasing my running load throughout the year and did the Melbourne half marathon. I have a diploma in Remedial Massage and have been helping athletes of all sorts for the last couple of years. I’ve been involved with some charities who have helped cyclists raise over $1,000,000 by riding 1000km’s and have also been working with my local football club as a trainer. This experience has really inspired me to develop further and I’m hoping to start a degree in physiotherapy next year. While this is going on though, I’d love to be involved with a local running club and hopefully pick up some tips along the way. I have a keen interest in running and running-related injuries. I’m looking forward to assisting athletes with recovery and addressing potential issues before they become major concerns.”

Richmond Rehab is conveniently located near East Richmond Railway at 1/2 Royal Pl, Richmond VIC 3121, and more information about their services can be found on their website: Richmond Rehab Website.

The Old Scotch Athletic Club is excited about this partnership and believes it will greatly benefit its members in their athletic pursuits and we encourage our members across both Track & Field and Cross Country competitions to take advantage of this new relationship.
